Don't kill the High because your Low..

 ..SO when i was looking thru the picture yu have nice skin complexion ..

• i dont know what color are yuor eyes but find eye shadows colors that goes well with your eyes like my eyes are dark brown the colors: gold,blue,green goes well with my eyes and by the way you should highlight your eye when you put on eye shadow it gives your eyes more pop look. If you dont know where to highlight i want you to feel your eye softly move up from your eye lid they should be a bone between your eye brows and eye lid thats where you should highlight by using shimmering light color like light peach shimmering i used it alot. 
• Then you can use foundation on your face (i dont think you need it… to find a foundation that goes w/ your skin color take a dab of a foundation put it on top of your hand & blend it in if the foundation on top of your hand looks cakey find another one that blends in nicely) but If you dont like putting the whole foundation look you can find some concealer if you have under eye circles or if you have places in your face that is discoloration. Yu should not use all of drug store concealers because i just think they sometimes make your face cakey(look fake) but there is a cheeap one i can recommend you is BH Cosmetics 10 colors palette thats the cheeapest concealer i have but yu can try whatever best for you.
•  Since i say yu have a nice complexion you need light powder(thats matches your skin). 
• last but not least Mascara..since you say you have big eyes use mascara nice for the eyes for a great look..
• if you feel your face is need brighten up you can put light blush on you face from your temple to your chin with a shape of 3…opps thats not a shape  i mean number lol.
• For lips try colors that you like and fit for your face . like putting lip color and ontop put gloss for a nice look

Tip: IF you feel like your eyes get puffy you can use ice cubes and it does reduce dark circles..Make sure you get atleast 6 hours asleep (i know tumblr can be addictive) drink alot of water and use cucumbers on your eyes for a fresh look on your eyes..
